This publication is composed entirely of words that were removed from the Dictionnaire de l’Académie française, 9th edition, completed in November 2024. By collecting and republishing these deleted words, the work treats them as a fragile archive of linguistic disappearance.Yue Yuan attempt to memorize these words and repeatedly use them in everyday conversations, embedding them back into lived language.
